In short, no. Coaching focus on a problem/solution model while therapy focuses on internal change and is much more in depth. In coaching, we gain personal insight only as far as it helps us identify a solution to a problem. Experiences of trauma, depression, generalized anxiety and other diagnoses should be addressed in therapy.
I book a limited amount of speaking engagements each month. I primarily speak on self care for women and the intersection of faith and mental health.
